a paraphilia of the fetishistic/talismanic type in which sexuoerotic arousal and facilitation or attainment of orgasm are responsive to and [dependent upon]{contingent on} being given an enema by the partner [from Greek, klysma, enema + -philia] There is no technical term for the reciprocal paraphilic condition, namely of being the enema giver. Klismaphilia may be adjunctive to rubber fetishism or to bondage and discipline. The condition in which a person is dependent on being given an enema, or on the restaging of it in fantasy, in order to obtain erotic arousal and facilitate or achieve orgasm.
