Fruit Bars (recipes)




Yield: Makes 32 bars



Ingredients:



1cup chopped figs

1cup chopped dates

1cup chopped dried pears

1cup finely chopped pecans

1/4cup orange marmalade









Preparation:





1.Butter 8-inch square pan; set aside.2.Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Press mixture in prepared pan. Refrigerate until set.3.Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.







Hint:

To prepare without a Food processor, finely chop fruit and nuts. Combine fruit and nuts in medium bowl. Stir in marmalade. Proceed as directed in step 3.
