A soft fruit resembling a blackberry but longer and reddish; the plant bearing this fruit, Rubus loganobaccus, apparently resulting from a cross between the Pacific dewberry, Rubus ursinus, and an American variety of raspberry. Cf. TAYBERRY, TUMMELBERRY, VEITCHBERRY.
