Ingredients



For the dressing1 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp garlic oil1 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce100g/3½oz smooth peanut butter2 tbsp lime juiceFor the salad125g/4oz mangetout150g/5¼oz beansprouts, rinsed1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into small strips2 spring onions, finely sliced550g/1lb 3½oz ready-cooked egg noodlesTo serve20g/¾oz sesame seeds4 tbsp chopped fresh coriander



Method



1. For the dressing, whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a bowl or jug.2. For the salad, place all the salad ingredients into a bowl.3. Pour over the dressing and mix thoroughly to coat everything well.4. To serve, sprinkle over the sesame seeds and coriander.
