Rockin' Raspberry Refresher

Yield: Makes 2 servings



Ingredients:



1/2cup fresh or thawed frozen unsweetened raspberries

1/4cup frozen pink lemonade concentrate

2cups club soda, chilled









Preparation:





1.Place raspberries and lemonade concentrate in blender. Cover; blend on HIGH speed until smooth. Add 1/2 cup club soda to blender; cover and blend until mixed.2.Pour remaining 1-1/2 cups club soda into small pitcher. Add raspberry mixture; stir. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
