atracurium (medicine) and constrictive endocarditis (medicine)

atracurium (medicine)

atracurium
<chemical> A non-depolarising neuromuscular blocking agent with short duration of action. Its lack of significant cardiovascular effects and its lack of dependence on good kidney function for elimination provide clinical advantage over alternate non-depolarising neuromuscular blocking agents.

Pharmacological action: neuromuscular nondepolarising agents, nicotinic antagonists.

Chemical name: Isoquinolinium, 2,2'-(1,5-pentanediylbis(oxy(3-oxo-3,1-propanediyl)))bis(1-((3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)methyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-

constrictive endocarditis (medicine)
