<chemical> Semisynthetic broad-spectrum cephalosporin with a tetrazolyl moiety that is resistant to beta-lactamase. It has been proposed especially against pseudomonas infections.

Pharmacological action: cephalosporins.

Chemical name: 5-Thia-1-azabicyclo(4.2.0)oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid, 7-(((((4-ethyl-2,3-dioxo-1-piperazinyl)carbonyl)amino)(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetyl)amino)-3-(((1-methyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)thio)methyl)-8-oxo-, (6R-(6alpha,7beta(R*)))-
