Ingredients



1 x small punnet red cherry tomatoes1 x small punnet green cherry tomatoeshandful fresh basil, leaves onlysalt, to taste freshly ground black pepper, to tasteolive oil



Method



1. Cut the tomatoes in half and place in a bowl. Add the basil leaves.2. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.3. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
