Fudgy Brownie Bars (recipes)


Fudgy Brownie Bars

Yield: Makes 2 dozen bars



Ingredients:



1package (about 20 ounces) brownie mix

2eggs

1/3cup water

1/3cup vegetable oil

1package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

2/3cup butterscotch chips

2/3cup chopped pecans

3/4cup flaked coconut

1can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk









Preparation:





1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13X9-inch Baking pan.2.Combine brownie mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Beat until well blended. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 18 minutes.3.Sprinkle chocolate chips over partially baked brownie base; layer butterscotch chips, pecans and coconut over chocolate chips. Pour condensed milk over top. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.







Tip:

Peanut butter chips can be substituted for the butterscotch chips.
