<chemical> N-(4-(5-nitro-2-furyl)-2-thiazolyl)formamide. A potent nitrofuran derivative tumour initiator. It causes bladder tumours in all animals studied and is mutagenic to many bacteria.

Pharmacological action: carcinogens, mutagens.
