75ml/3fl oz Argentinean malbec 25ml/1fl oz dark rum 12.5ml/½fl oz raspberry liqueurorange peel spiral, to garnish



Method



1. Place all of the ingredients, except the orange peel, into a cocktail shaker, shake and strain into a Martini glass.2. Serve garnished with a spiral of orange peel.
