Ingredients



225g/8oz coley or cod fillets, skinned and cubed6 raw tiger prawns, fresh or defrosted, peeled1 small yellow courgette, sliced (optional)Marinade:1 tbsp sunflower oil1 orange, grated rind and juice1 tbsp lime or lemon juice1 sprig fresh rosemary, chopped2 tsp wholegrain mustard1 clove garlic, peeled and crushedsalt and freshly ground black pepper



Method



1. In a small bowl mix all the marinade ingredients together and set aside.2. Place the fish into a shallow dish. Pour over the marinade and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.3. Thread the cubes of fish, prawns and courgette onto 2 short metal kebab skewers.4. Place under a preheated grill or barbecue and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning once and brushing with any remaining marinade mixture.
