Yield: Makes 10 slices



Ingredients:



1package (11-ounce can) refrigerated French bread dough

Salt-free seasoning mix (optional)

Yellow mustard

4slices light bologna

4slices reduced-fat provolone cheese

2teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese









Preparation:





1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out bread dough to 10X12-inch rectangle. If desired, sprinkle with seasoning. Dot with mustard.2.Arrange bologna and cheese in alternating circles, overlapping edges to cover dough. Roll up lengthwise like a jelly roll; pinch seams shut. Place dough, seam side down, on Baking sheet. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.3.Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until puffy and browned. Let cool. Cut into 1-inch-thick portions.
