Ingredients



35ml/1¼fl oz gin 15ml/½fl oz lychee- liqueur10ml/¼fl oz fresh lemon juice, 35ml/1¼fl oz lychee purée (available through specialist suppliers)1 fresh lychee, peeled, to garnish (or from a can)



Method



1. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds.2. Strain the mixture into a Martini glass and serve, garnished with a lychee on a cocktail stick.
