Toffee Chunk Brownie Cookies (recipes)


Toffee Chunk Brownie Cookies

Yield: Makes 3 dozen cookies



Ingredients:



1cup (2 sticks) butter

4ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped

1-1/2cups sugar

2eggs

1tablespoon vanilla

3cups all-purpose flour

1/8teaspoon salt

1-1/2cups coarsely chopped chocolate-covered toffee bars









Preparation:





1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter and chocolate in large saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; cool slightly.2.Stir sugar into chocolate mixture until smooth. Stir in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour and salt just until blended. Fold in chopped toffee bars.3.Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough 1-1/2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.4.Bake 12 minutes or until just set. Let cookies stand on cookie sheets 5 minutes; transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
