Cashew Green Beans (recipes)




Yield: Makes 4 servings



Ingredients:



1tablespoon peanut or vegetable oil

1small onion, cut into thin wedges

2cloves garlic, minced

1package (10 ounces) frozen julienne-cut green beans, thawed, drained and patted dry

2tablespoons oyster sauce

1tablespoon rice vinegar

1tablespoon honey

1/4cup coarsely chopped cashews or peanuts









Preparation:





1.Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; stir-fry 3 minutes.2.Add beans; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add oyster sauce, vinegar and honey; stir-fry 1 minute or until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in cashews.
