Ingredients:



1cup (2 sticks) butter, softened

1cup sugar

1egg

1teaspoon vanilla

2ounces semisweet chocolate, melted

2-1/4cups all-purpose flour

1teaspoon baking powder

1/4teaspoon salt









Preparation:





1.Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer at high speed until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add melted chocolate; mix well.2.Add flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Cover; refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.
