Ingredients



140g/5oz couscousboiling water2 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp sesame oil30g/1oz sesame seeds1 sheet nori, shredded



Method



1. Place the couscous in a bowl. Pour over enough hot water to cover the grains. Cover with cling Film and leave to steam for 5 minutes.2. When the couscous is soft add to it the soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Place the shredded nori on top and serve.
