Cranberry Snow Punch (recipes)




Yield: Makes 8 servings (about 4 ounces each)

Scoops of frozen yogurt resemble melting snowballs in this refreshing seasonal punch.





Ingredients:



1cup apple juice, chilled

1/2cup superfine sugar

1-1/2cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled

1-1/2cups bitter lemon or tonic water, chilled

1pint vanilla frozen yogurt









Preparation:





1.Combine apple juice and sugar in punch bowl; stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in cranberry juice and bitter lemon.2.Scoop frozen yogurt onto top of punch. Serve immediately.
