Cranberry-Orange Snack Mix

Yield: Makes 8 cups snack mix



Ingredients:



2cups oatmeal cereal squares

2cups corn cereal squares

2cups mini pretzels

1cup whole almonds

1/4cup butter

1/3cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

3tablespoons packed brown sugar

1teaspoon ground cinnamon

3/4teaspoon ground ginger

1/4teaspoon ground nutmeg

2/3cup dried cranberries or raisins









Preparation:





1.Preheat oven to 250°F. Spray 13X9-inch Baking pan with nonstick Cooking spray.2.Combine cereal squares, pretzels and almonds in large bowl; set aside.3.Melt butter in medium microwavable bowl at HIGH 45 to 60 seconds. Stir in orange juice concentrate, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg until blended. Pour over cereal mixture; stir well to coat. Spread in single layer in prepared pan.4.Bake 50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Stir in cranberries. Let cool in pan on wire rack, leaving uncovered until mixture is crisp. Store in airtight container or resealable Food storage bags.
