Cream Cheese Frosting (recipes)






Ingredients:



3packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese

4cups sifted powdered sugar

2tablespoons grated orange peel

2tablespoons orange juice

1/4teaspoon salt

2teaspoons vanilla

Red and yellow food coloring









Preparation:





1.Combine all ingredients except food coloring in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat until fluffy. 2.Add 1 drop each red and yellow food coloring; beat until blended. Add additional food coloring, 1 drop at a time, until frosting is desired orange colored.
