Creamy Artichoke-Parmesan Dip

Yield: Makes 4 cups dip



Ingredients:



2cans (14 ounces each) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

2cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

1-1/2cups grated Parmesan cheese

1-1/2cups mayonnaise

1/2cup finely chopped onion

1/2teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1/4teaspoon garlic powder

4pita breads

Assorted cut-up vegetables









Preparation:





1.Combine artichokes, cheeses, mayonnaise, onion, oregano and garlic powder in 1-1/2-quart slow cooker; mix well. 2.Cover; cook on LOW 2 hours.3.Meanwhile, cut pita breads into wedges. Arrange pita breads and vegetables on platter; serve with warm dip.
