Ingredients



20ml/¾fl oz gin20ml/¾fl oz lemon juice10ml/¼fl oz sugar syrupenough champagne to fill the glass1 maraschino cherry, to garnish



Method



1. Place the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake. 2. Strain the liquid into a champagne flute. Top up the glass with champagne and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
