Fudgy Banana Rocky Road Clusters

Yield: Makes 2-1/2 to 3 dozen clusters



Ingredients:



1package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

1/3cup peanut butter

3cups miniature marshmallows

1cup unsalted peanuts

1cup banana chips









Preparation:





1.Line baking sheets with waxed paper. Grease waxed paper.2.Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring twice. Fold in marshmallows, peanuts and banana chips.3.Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of candy mixture onto prepared baking sheets; refrigerate until firm. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.







Tip:

If you prefer more nuts, use chunky peanut butter.
