Yield: Makes 16 brownies



Ingredients:



2squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate

1/2cup whipping cream

1cup granulated sugar

Dash salt

1teaspoon vanilla

1/2to 3/4 cup powdered sugar









Preparation:





1.Melt chocolate with cream in small heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts completely. Stir in granulated sugar and salt. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add enough powdered sugar to make frosting a soft spreading consistency. Beat until slightly cooled; spread over brownies.
