Ingredients



½ haddock fillet2 tbsp olive oil1 clove garlic, crushedpinch of chilli flakes1 tbsp parsley, chopped170g/6oz linguine, cookedFor the herb butter sauce1 clove garlic, crushed55g/2oz butterhandful of soft, mixed herbs, chopped



Method



1. Score the skin of the fish and season.2. Pan-fry the fish in some of the oil for 2-3 minutes.3. In a separate pan, sauté the garlic in the remaining oil for one minute then add the chilli flakes.4. Add the parsley and pasta and toss through.5. To make the herb butter sauce, sauté the garlic in the butter for 2-3 minutes.6. Stir through the herbs.7. Pour over the fish to serve.
