Ingredients



1 x 500g/1lb Vacherin Mont d' Or cheesefresh figs, chicory, biscuits and raisin bread, to serve



Method



1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. 2. Place the whole Vacherin, in its lidded box, on a baking tray in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until runny.3. Place the box of melted cheese on a serving plate and serve with fresh figs and chicory and some savoury biscuits and raisin bread, like a fondue.
