Italian Sausage & Pasta (recipes)


Ingredients

10 Sweet Italian Sausages (be sure to remove casings)

2mesiun onions, diced

2 (28oz.) cans tomato puree

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 tablespoon dry Italian seasoning (soak in 2 tbsp. water for 10 min.)

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 pound cooked and drained pasta



Directions

In frying pan, cook sausages and onions on medium heat until browned. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Pour over pasta and serve.
