Lazy Women's Stew (recipes)


Lazy Women's Stew

(serves 4)



Ingredients

1 to 2 lbs. stew beef

2 onions sliced(medium)

1 can of mushroom soup,

1 can of water,

1 package of onion soup mix,

1 can of mushrooms drained

salt and pepper to taste



Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.



Roll stew beef in a little flour. Place on casserole dish with sliced onions. In a bowl, combine soup, soup mix, mushrooms, water, salt and pepper to taste. Pour soup mixture over beef and onions; cover and bake until meat is tender. Serve with mashed potatoes.
