Lemony Cabbage Slaw with Curry

Yield: Makes 6 servings



Ingredients:



4cups shredded green or white cabbage

2tablespoons chopped green bell pepper

2tablespoons chopped red bell pepper

1green onion, thinly sliced

2tablespoons cider vinegar

1tablespoon lemon juice

1tablespoon sugar

1teaspoon curry powder

1/2teaspoon salt

1/2teaspoon celery seeds

Green and red bell pepper rings for garnish









Preparation:





1.Mix cabbage, bell peppers and green onion in large bowl. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, curry powder, salt and celery seeds in small bowl. Pour over cabbage mixture; mix well.2.Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Garnish with bell pepper rings.
