Ingredients



Two red onions, peeled and finely chopped120ml/4fl oz sour cream1 jar lvrom or other caviar4 slices of bread



Method



1. Divide the onions equally between 4 plates, spooning into a small pile on each.2. Spoon some of the sour cream on to each plate.3. Put a spoonful of the caviar on each plate. 4. Lightly toast the bread, cut off the crusts, and slice into triangles and arrange on the plate.5. Serve with a glass of aquavit - a Swedish spirit which means "water of life".
