Ingredients



1 wheel of Vacherin or camembert cheese (preferably sold in a covered box)To serveboiled potatoes, gherkins and breadcharcuterie: salami, prosciutto, smoked duck (optional)



Method



1. Preheat the oven to 230C/450F/Gas 8.2. Wrap the box of cheese in foil, to prevent it from burning, and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until warm and melting.3. Serve hot either in the centre of a plate or in the box, surrounded by potatoes, bread, gherkins and charcuterie (optional).
