Ingredients



3cm/1¼in lump of ginger2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped25g/1oz caster sugar250ml/8¾fl oz almost boiling water



Method



1. Stir all the ingredients into the hot water. 2. Leave to infuse for 1-2 minutes, then remove the ginger. 3. Serve immediately while hot.
