Mock Lasagna

(serves 4)



Ingredients

1/2 bag wide egg noodles

1/2 pound ground beef

1 small onion. chopped

1 small jar pasta sauce

1 can cheddar cheese soup

salt and pepper

Mozzarella cheese

Cheddar cheese



Directions

Preheat oven to 325.



Cook noodles and drain. Brown ground beef with onion and salt and pepper; drain any grease. In a casserole dish, place noodles, beef, pasta sauce, and soup. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheeses; return to oven. Melt and serve.
