Oriental Griddled Scallops (recipes)

Ingredients



2 spring onions2 scallops, roe removed2 tsp brown sugar1 tbsp soy saucebalsamic vinegar



Method



1. Preheat a griddle pan.2. Place the spring onions in the griddle. Griddle for 2 minutes, either side.3. Place the scallops in the griddle. Griddle for 1 minute, either side.4. Put 1 tsp sugar and a splash of soy sauce on each scallop.5. Remove the scallops and spring onions from the heat.6. Place the spring onions on a plate. Top with the scallops. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve.
