Ingredients



1 tbsp vegetable oil16 king prawns, peeled 300g/10½oz purple sprouting broccoli, blanched and refreshed in cold water2 canned anchovies, drained and chopped1½ tsp dried chilli flakes1 garlic clove, sliced1 lemon, juice only1 head pak choi, finely slicedsalt and freshly ground black pepper1 tsp sesame seeds½ tsp freshly grated nutmeg



Method



1. Heat the oil in a wok until very hot. Add the prawns and stir-fry for three minutes.2. Add the purple sprouting broccoli, anchovies, chilli flakes and garlic and stir-fry for a further 2-3 minutes. 3. Add the lemon juice, pak choi and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir-fry for 30 seconds then transfer to four serving bowls.4. Sprinkle each dish with sesame seeds and a little freshly grated nutmeg and serve.
