Rosemary-Scented Nut Mix

Yield: Makes 32 servings

Here' s a snack that' s full of protein, fiber, folate and healthy fats. Just wait until you smell the aroma coming from your oven!





Ingredients:



2tablespoons unsalted butter

2cups pecan halves

1cup unsalted macadamia nuts

1cup walnuts

1teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

1/2teaspoon salt

1/4teaspoon red pepper flakes









Preparation:





1.Preheat oven to 300°F. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add pecans, macadamia nuts and walnuts; mix well. Add rosemary, salt and red pepper flakes; cook and stir about 1 minute. 2.Spread mixture onto ungreased nonstick Baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, stirring mixture occasionally. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
