Spanish Rice (recipes)


Spanish Rice

(serves 6)



Ingredients

3/4 cup rice

4 cups cold water

1 1/2 pounds hamburger

1/2 cup diced onion

3/4 cup tomato juice

1 teaspoon sugar

1 can cream celery soup

1 can tomato soup



Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.



Bring water and rice to boil, cover and let stand for 15 minutes; drain and rinse. Mix all ingredients together, put in greased casserole and bake for 1 hour.
