Ingredients



1 tsp chilli flakes1 tsp coriander seeds1 tsp cumin seeds½ tsp ground turmeric1 tbsp olive oil2 large tomatoes, chopped1 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander 1 ready-made naan bread, warmed, to serve



Method



1. Place all the spices into a mortar and pestle and pound together.2. Heat the oil in a pan over a low heat and fry the spices for one minute.3. Add the tomatoes and sugar and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Stir in the fresh coriander.4. To serve, spread the chutney over the naan bread.
