Ingredients



1 chicken breast30g/1oz fresh coriander1 lime, juice only½ red chilli 1 tbsp olive oilsalt and freshly ground black pepper



Method



1. Preheat a medium frying pan.2. Place the chicken breast, seasoning, coriander, lime juice and chilli in a food processor. Blitz until combined and minced.3. Form the minced chicken into three small patties.4. Heat the olive oil in the frying pan. Add the patties and fry for 3 minutes, either

side.5. Serve with a dipping sauce of your own choice.
