Triple Berry Breakfast Parfaits

Yield: Makes 4 servings (2 parfaits)

Nonfat yogurt, low-fat granola and fresh fruit team beautifully for a delectable low-fat parfait.





Ingredients:



2cups vanilla sugar-free fat-free yogurt

1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon

1cup sliced strawberries

1/2cup blueberries

1/2cup raspberries

1cup low-fat granola without raisins

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)









Preparation:





1.Combine yogurt and cinnamon in small bowl. Combine strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in medium bowl.2.For each parfait, layer 1/4 cup fruit mixture, 2 tablespoons granola and 1/4 cup yogurt mixture in parfait glass. Repeat layers. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
