Tuna Melts

Yield: Makes 4 servings



Ingredients:



1can (12 ounces) chunk white tuna packed in water, drained and flaked

1-1/2cups packaged coleslaw mix

3tablespoons sliced green onions

3tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise

1tablespoon Dijon mustard

1teaspoon dried dill weed

4English muffins, split and lightly toasted

1/3cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese









Preparation:





1.Preheat broiler. Combine tuna, coleslaw mix and green onions in medium bowl. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and dill weed in small bowl. Stir mayonnaise mixture into tuna mixture. Spread tuna mixture onto muffin halves. Place on broiler pan.2.Broil 4 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more or until cheese melts.

Ingredients

1 can of solid white tuna, drained

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 1/2 tablespoons chopped onion

1/2 tablespoon mustard

3 English muffins, split and toasted

6 tomato slices

6 slices of your favorite cheese



Directions

In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayo, pickle relish, onion, and mustard; mix well. Spread a 1/3 of a cup of the tuna mixture on each muffin half. Top with tomato slices and cheese slices. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
