Hungarian politician.
He entered the Hungarian parliament in 1886 and joined his father, Tisza Kalman, as a leader of the Liberal Party. A defender of the Austro-Hungarian dualist system of government and of Hungary's landed interests, he served as prime minister (1903-05, 1913-17).
